L'OASINA means "small oasis" from Itaian.
People come from all places to gather in an oasis; much like the community L'OASINA is.

An organic farmer who cultivates straight from the soil. A winemaker with unmatched knowledge about yeast and material. A craftsman in brewery and distillery. A progressive ranch producing unpasteurized milk. These artisans dedicated their time to formulate final products as ingredients, food, beverages, and even water and environment. We find true "spirit" in these products, and their quality together with the rustic flavors gives us great inspiration . Our mission is to deliver all of these genuine products to the customer, with the minimum amount of cooking and in the simplest form, to appreciate their “naturalness”.



KEIZANSO, the mother 'ryokan', is located on the branch of the Tone river.
L'OASINA has inherited the same concept from its mother, bringing every visitor a better and healthier life.

L'OASINA is a Tokyo satellite of KEIZANSO, a hot spa 'ryokan' in Shiogawara-Onsen Bijin-No-Yu in Gumma Prefecture. In KEIZANSO, we serve the same organic vegetables, ingredients, and wines as L'OASINA. We host a variety of workshops combined with a hot spa relaxation treatment . • Natural Food

We specialize in organic foods . Vegetables are delivered from Kudo-farms in Nagano, Eiza-farms in Nara, and Oowada-farms in Ibaraki. Our meat selection boasts quality herb pork from Yabuta-farms in Hokkaido, the branded 'DATE' pure red pork from Izunuma-Nohsan, 'JIDORI' chicken from Miyazaki, and free-range beef fromHokkaido. Eggs are picked up from local farms where they maintain the best conditions all the way down to the feed. Do we use any artificial ingredients? Absolutely not.
